We use automated messaging tools to ensure guests receive prompt, timely responses 24/7. Our system handles 90% of guest communication, including common inquiries like check-in instructions and Wi-Fi details. For more complex or personalized messages, we review and respond live whenever a personalized or more detailed response is needed to provide exceptional 5-star service.
5. How do you manage guest check-ins and check-outs?
All properties we manage are required to have a smart lock installed on the front door. This ensures secure, keyless entry for guests and allows us to generate unique access codes for each stay, which automatically expire after checkout. If your property doesn’t currently have a smart lock, we’ll help you select one. Smart locks are essential for providing a seamless self-check-in experience, improving guest satisfaction, and reducing the risks and logistics associated with physical keys.

7. Are there any contracts or commitments required?
We require a co-hosting agreement to protect both you and our team. This contract clearly outlines responsibilities, services provided, and payment terms. However, agreements are structured on a month-to-month basis and automatically renew each month unless terminated. Either party may end the agreement with a 90-day written notice. This advance notice allows for a smooth transition and termination of services for all parties involved.
